Updating 200 plus brand touchpoints across a billion dollar enterprise.
Moving into a new decade we wanted to consolidate and retire messages that were inconsistent with how we want to talk about ourselves. With 120 toupoints to refresh, and working collaborativly during the pandemic was very tiring on our team.
Meeting with various areas of the organization we documented all the different matertials that needed refreshing and then devloped three phases and each phase had a different areas that needed to be refreshed. From pressing items, phase one to nice to have, phase three. After organizing came time for execution. My areas to work on over three phases were human resources and facilites.
